I filmed this class after being in bed for 4 days. I didn't tell anyone I wasn't feeling well, but it was the first real movement I had and I felt so weak! I think sometimes people forget that a grounded restorative yoga practice can be just as powerful as a fiery sweaty vinyasa practice. However you are feeling, take it slow and listen to your body as your move.
