SOCIAL JUSTICE & RACIAL EQUALITY
TBP is committed to being an engaged partner and ally in the movement for social justice and racial equality, including the efforts of Black Lives Matter. We support the work of the Player’s Coalition (an independent non-profit made up of current and former NFL players) and the NFL’s Inspiring Change program, both of which are focusing reform efforts in the areas of Education & Economic Advancement, Criminal Justice Reforms, and Policing & Community Relations.
We believe Black Lives Matter and that all people are of value and should be treated with respect and dignity. We believe that racism and inequality have existed in the United States for hundreds of years and that we all need to work together to make change a reality. We believe all people should be given equal and fair opportunities in all avenues of life. We believe that together we can make these changes with each of us working to learn more, listen more, heal more, and come together more. TBP will be making conscious efforts in all of its work to work toward these changes.
Through a holistic and client centered approach to mental, physical and spiritual coaching, we use yoga, movement, and mindfulness, to help athletes become the very best version of themselves they can be; freeing them to compete at the highest levels.
