CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

YOGA

Yoga teaches us not only how to strengthen and tone our bodies, but also how to control our breath so it is in sync with the body. Learning to control breath gives us access to control over our heart rate, mind, thoughts, and even emotions. Join us for fun and energetic vinyasa-flow styled practices offering creative ways to transform mind, body, and spirit.

Recommended Equipment: yoga mat, water, weights (water bottles work great), towel, block.

KUNDALINI

Kundalini is our energy. Our untapped potential. These classes are based on daily astrology and structured around ancient teachings using a sequence of poses designed to align your energy flow, stimulate creativity, move through various physical and mental blocks, help us communicate openly with those around us, and raise our own kundalini. Asana, meditation, breath work, mantra, mudra, and all good vibes will be included in this very accessible yoga practice.

Recommended Equipment: yoga mat, water, blanket / towel, strap (belt, tie or scarf work), bolster (pillow, couch cushion), block.

 

Yoga but with some twists including cardio, HIIT, and some weight training with low impact modifications. These classes will strengthen and tone your body while still increasing flexibility and mobility.  We will get you moving, increase your heart rate, and break a sweat, all while having fun doing it.

Recommended Equipment: yoga mat, water, weights (water bottles work great), towel, block, weights (1-5lbs).

SCULPT

 

 

This class will help your mind and body recover from a hard week of training. Move slow and breathe deep as we use props and let gravity and breath work do their thing. Excellent for athletes or those in recovery from injury. Pause and relax while you loosen up what’s tight and lengthen connective tissue through safe and supported poses. Classes include breath work, meditation, and visualization.  

Recommended Equipment: yoga mat, water, blanket / towel, strap (belt, tie or scarf work), bolster (pillow, couch cushion), block.
